Ideas for Using Herbal Syrups:

  • Add to iced or hot teas as sweetener and flavor punch.
  • Add to carbonated water to add flavor.
  • Make your own ginger ale by adding Ginger Syrup to sparkling water.
  • Add a tablespoon of mint syrup to steamed carrots or peas just before serving.
  • Try them on pancakes or waffles.
  • Toss with fruit salads as a dressing.
  • Add to smoothies.
  • Mix with pureed fresh fruit to taste and freeze in an ice cream maker to make fruit sorbets.
