EZ Herbs High Energy Chai Tea

- black tea

- Chinese star anise
- ginseng

Decoct (gently boil) herbs for 30 minutes. Serve with vanilla soy milk and honey for a delicious, energizing drink. You can use the herbs a second time, but boil them a little longer. ezherbs.net
